Two-part application ringtone maker and audio transfer device
Tipard iPod + iPhone PC Suite is a two-part application that allows you to take audio from your iPod or iPhone and convert it into a ringtone.
With its non-standard interface, Tipard iPod + iPhone PC Suite looks a bit weird, but at least it's not complex. Clicking on either iPod Transfer or Ringtone will open another interface and both are really simple.
The Transfer application in Tipard iPod + iPhone PC Suite is fine, making it really simple to transfer your tracks from your device to your PC. The weak part of this is the ringtone maker. While it functions, it is so basic it's difficult to be accurate.
You essentially cut a part of a song you like to be your ringtone. Although the slide system is easy to use, it's extremely difficult to get exactly the start and end points you want. Tipard iPod + iPhone PC Suite would have been much improved with an audio wave display so you could see as well as hear where a track should be cut.
Tipard iPod + iPhone PC Suite features one acceptable and one poor application and as a suite it's hard to recommend.
